As part of the DGNB Sustainability Day, the German Sustainable Building Council (DGNB) announced the winners of the 2026 Sustainability Challenge on June 17, 2026, in Stuttgart. With the “Climate” Special Award, the DGNB sought out products and projects that address the challenge of climate change to a particularly significant degree. Alongside the research group working on Hamburg’s climate-neutral Speicherstadt, we were awarded the Climate Special Prize for the GIMA high-perforation clay brick.
